On 6 November 2026, FAMM will inaugurate its second solo exhibition, In Plain Sight, dedicated to the work of Swiss artist Louisa Gagliardi and curated by Simon de Pury. The exhibition will be on view until 4 April 2027 at the Centre d’Art de Mougins, in the heart of the historic village, in partnership with the town of Mougins.
The first institutional exhibition dedicated to the artist in France, it spans two floors and brings together fifteen works created between 2017 and 2026, including a majority of paintings alongside three sculptures.
Gagliardi’s creative process lies at the intersection of the digital and the analogue. Her compositions feature figures who rarely look directly at one another. Instead, they observe each other through windows, reflections and doorways, within interiors that seem suspended in time. The visitor enters these scenes as an intruder, constructing their own narrative, which the artist deliberately leaves open-ended. The exhibition’s title sets the tone: what is hidden in plain sight.
