FAMM Catalogue - French version

Located in the historic village of Mougins, FAMM (Femme Artistes du Musée de Mougins) is the first museum in Europe entirely dedicated to women artists. Opened in June 2024, it brings together more than 230 works from the Levett Collection, highlighting the essential contribution of women to the history of art, from Impressionism to the present day.

The museum reflects British collector Christian Levett’s commitment to ensuring greater recognition for women artists in the history of art. Its six thematic sections showcase major figures such as Berthe Morisot, Mary Cassatt, Leonora Carrington, Elaine de Kooning, Joan Mitchell, Helen Frankenthaler, Louise Bourgeois and Tracey Emin, among others.

Richly illustrated, this catalogue celebrates the creativity of women artists and serves as a comprehensive guide to discovering a unique collection.
