Marianna Simnett is a multidisciplinary visual artist, who uses vivid and visceral means to explore the body as a site of transformation. In psychologically charged works that challenge both herself and the viewer, Simnett imagines radical new worlds filled with untamed thoughts, strange tales and desires.

The London-born artist now lives and works in Berlin and New York. Most recently, her work is presented in the solo exhibitions Headless at the Max Ernst Museum, Brühl, and Circus at Secession, Vienna. Her work Interlude was also part of the Art Basel Parcours in 2025.
